1、 Product features and scope of application:

The thermal efficiency of this horizontal atmospheric pressure coal-fired (diesel) hot water boiler is above 77%, which is completely higher than the requirements in the general technical conditions for industrial boilers issued by the state. Boiler structure: three return water fire tube structure with longitudinal arrangement of single drum is adopted. Smooth tube water wall tubes are densely distributed on both sides of the furnace, which is reasonable and compact. Cast iron grate is adopted, which is durable and has long service life. Combustible fuels such as wood are fully burned in the furnace, and the generated flame will enter the atmospheric coal-fired heat through the flue gas channel of the middle furnace wall The back part of the water boiler body turns to the front smoke box from the burn out chambers on both sides, then turns back to the tube bundle in the boiler from the front smoke box, finally enters the dust collector through the rear smoke box, and is pumped by the induced draft fan through the flue to the chimney and finally discharged to the atmosphere. (this type of boiler is manual coal feeding type); since the atmospheric hot water boiler operates without pressure, it can be installed anywhere without the limitation of many levels of annual supervision and inspection procedures. It is suitable for bathing, domestic hot water and heating requirements. It effectively solves the dual purposes of heating and bathing. In addition, the horizontal coal-fired atmospheric hot water boiler is recycled by hot water circulating pump The purpose of bathing can be achieved by heating the hot water in the environment-friendly incubator. If the hot water circulating pump is used to heat the heating pipe, the requirements of people's heating can be achieved. If the horizontal coal-fired atmospheric pressure hot water boiler and hot water circulating pump are used together with the heat exchanger, the dual functions of heating and bathing can be realized.
