According to the plan, by the end of October, 383 coal-fired boilers of 35 tons per hour or less will be phased out, and the province will no longer build any type of coal-fired boilers of 35 tons per hour or less. According to preliminary statistics, the province included in the elimination plan of coal-fired boilers, planned to implement a total of 89 coal to gas boilers. Among them, 17 in Qingdao, 2 in Zaozhuang, 8 in Dongying, 17 in Yantai, 9 in Weifang, 7 in Tai 'an, 18 in Weihai, 3 in Lizhao, 5 in Linyi and 3 in Heze.

Promote the elimination of coal-fired boilers of 35 tons/hour and below in the province as a whole. The provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural development and the provincial Bureau of Energy will set up a special work team. Among them, the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment took the lead and took charge of the elimination work, established the statistical ledger of coal-to-gas dispatching information, and guided and urged all cities to implement the elimination task. Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development is responsible for guiding and urging municipalities to do a good job in central heating, urban gas access and other related work, and guiding enterprises to connect gas contracts. The provincial Energy Bureau shall be responsible for coordinating the gas supply and the gas supply guarantee and coordination for the coal to gas boiler. Cities should plan to implement the coal to gas boiler, the city gas pipeline gas supply, take "one to one" and "point to point" mode, find out the situation, establish a management ledger, list problems, change schedule, solve one by one.
